Standards and Guidelines

The development process for the Stillwater Business Park is guided by an approved
Planned Development Plan. The concept behind the PD zoning is to create a specific ordinance that will provide standards and guidelines for development that will both protect the integrity of the investment, and also provide flexibility for the developer. As an example, street-side office improvements have landscape and design guidelines that are not required in the rear of the development, where processing and distribution requirements need more flexibility. In addition, the height standard for manufacturing and processing facilities allows for 80’ or higher buildings.
